Custom Orders

Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are created based on your specific request, colors, and details.

Ready-Made Products

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for ready-made items unless there is a clear issue with the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, you may be asked to share:
• clear photos of the product
• your order details

Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• change of mind
• color or design preferences after delivery
• delays caused by courier services
