Shipping Policy

We know the excitement of ordering something handmade and then refreshing the tracking page every five minutes. We get it, we do it too. So here's everything you need to know so you're not left wondering.

How long does it take to ship?

Okay so here's the thing, everything at Ekawa is handmade to order. We're not sitting on a warehouse full of stock. Each piece is made fresh after you order it, with actual care and attention. So please allow us 5 to 7 business days to make and pack your order before it ships out.

Delivery time?

Once it's shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Pakistan depending on your city. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad are usually quicker. Smaller cities might take a tiny bit longer but we'll get it to you, don't worry.

Shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We try to keep it as reasonable as possible, we're not trying to make money off delivery yaar.

Do we ship all over Pakistan?

Yes! All across Pakistan. 🇵🇰

International shipping?

Not yet but honestly we're working on it. Stay tuned.

What if my order is delayed?

Sometimes courier companies do their own thing and delays happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, just message us and we'll chase it down for you personally.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That would break our heart honestly because we pack everything super carefully. But if something arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll make it right, promise.

Order tracking?

Once your order ships we'll send you a tracking number so you can stalk your parcel in peace. 🌸
